On the 23 February 1792 Mary Wollstonecraft published A Vindication of the Rights of Woman, a book that has become a milestone in the history of political philosophy and one of the founding texts of feminist political thought. On the 220th anniversary of the birth of the Vindication, a group of scholars gathered at Lund University for a symposium dedicated to the philosophy and intellectual context of this remarkable thinker.
The symposium has been presented here at Feminist History of Philosophy (see February post). All five paper presentations are now available as podcasts. You find them here.
